This business is superbly run. I needed to change the locks in my house. Not only did I make an appointment with ease, Stuart showed up when the owner said he would. Stuart is a real old-school kind of professional--courteous, efficient, and obviously takes incredible pride in his work, making sure the customer is satisfied. He went out of his way to explain the options and the cost of those options. We ran into a slight glitch (We lost the new key 24 hours later!) and Stuart showed up and quickly rekeyed everything and didn't even charge me for an additional service call, which would have been completely understandable to do. An honest-to-goodness superb company. A pleasure to deal with...I want to build something with locks just so I can call these guys. You cannot go wrong calling Assured Locksmith.
